We were selected by Arora Hotels to develop the Goddard Littlefair Designs hotel concept for this new 5 star+ hotel in Windsor Park, which opens in 2020. We have supported and worked along side the developers, Grove Developments, UNUM The Architects, to develop the FF&E then manufacture the furniture and fit-out the interior of this prestigious Hotel and Spa. Our work includes: Technical Design & Development of Concept, Materials Sampling & Selection, Value Engineering, Drawings & Approvals, Cost Planning, Prototyping, Manufacturing All FF&E, Flooring, Decorating and the Installation of Manufactured Products.
